Copernico Stool

Kai Hu

Furniture Design Copernico Stool by Kai Hu This stool design uses the language of curves and triangles to create a unique visual object. Three double-curved plywood components are purely handmade. It is beautiful when curves meet each other and is strong when lines solidly stand on the ground. The designer has also considered the transportation and the production of the object. Components can easily stack on each other which greatly reduced the usage of space. End users can enjoy this fun, relaxing and casual feelings on the stool by sitting on triangle face in any directions they want during an intensive brainstorming session.
