Furniture Design Glowing Seed Illuminating Armchair by Paul Mak The "glowing seed" is an armchair that has an analogy of a seed due to it's physical size and appearance. It is crafted with a combination of traditional wooden panels with acrylic panels as a contrast. Together between the two materials, the armchair is able to demonstrate the complexity of material integration. In addition, it is embedded with LED lighting where the user can enjoy multiple spectrum of illuminations whenever he/she desires. It is an intervention that is capable in changing the surrounding ambience and one's spatial experience.
